Dispatch

Once your order has been received, we aim to dispatch it within 1 working day. This excludes all public holidays and weekends. After your order has been placed, it is not usually possible to change any of the details. However, if you need to amend your delivery address details please send an email to sales@gemini-gifts.co.uk or call us on 07515 176761. 

Upon your order being dispatched, you will receive an email confirming it has left us.

Delivery

We use a variety of different delivery options, dependent on the items purchased. When purchasing through our website, all items come with free delivery no matter how many items you order. All the delivery options below are subject to availability and do not include public holidays.

Smaller Items

Our preferred method of shipment for most orders, is via Royal Mail. Using a reliable trusted carrier means they will endeavour to make delivery within two to three working days throughout the UK. Generally, purchases should take no longer than 5 working days to reach you. 

Larger Items

To ship our larger items, we use a combination of couriers. Using these suppliers guarantees large and heavy items are dispatched quickly and with care. A comprehensive tracking service also allows us to track the package front he moment it leaves us, until the time it is successfully delivered.
